The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room's carpet needed a shampooing as there were noticeable traffic marks. My evening meal seemed overpriced. I ordered the vegetable stir-fry, but it was mostly chicken. The onion rings served with my husband's meal were undercooked, with raw flour inside.

The breakfast food tasted amazing! I especially enjoyed the smiling faces of the staff. Lunch was also a very good deal it included quality and tasty food.
The fire alarm went off twice it was quite disruptive. The first time was at 3.50am and then again at 10pm the next night it really woke us up.

The television was MUCH too far from the bed. The room decor felt old. the taps moved upon turning them on, VERY inconvenient.

Fantastic stay with great service

The breakfast included plenty of choice and amazing service. All areas of the staff were really good too assist with any needs. The room was super clean and the food was great.
I found the room to be very dated. The television was very small. The bathroom taps moved when I tried to turn them on. The handrail was mouldy and the bath curtain smelled.

The hotel provides free parking and there is a bus stop directly in front of the building. I found this to be very convenient for getting around the local area. The hotel has a cute reception area.
